Jeffreys Bay is in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, and close by you have a large number of incredible adventures to pick from if you want to do a day adventure. This is our family favorites – but it is certainly not an exhaustive list:

• Sundays River

Sundays River is a close drive from Jeffreys Bay. It is a popular boating destination, with plenty of options for swimming or canoeing, or you can join any of the river tours to observe the stunning scenery. Sandboarding is also a very popular sport here on the gorgeous dunes all along the river. Below is a short video of one of our family trips:
